Monday: Whole30 Pot Roast by the Defined Dish served with a fresh “house” salad
Tuesday: Camelized Onion Sausage Stuff Acorn Squash by Paleo Running Momma The boys will likely want a deconstructed version, and I will serve with salad for some freshness and extra greens.
Wednesday: Roasted carrots and chicken thighs served with mashed cauliflower by Tastes Lovely . I will be sure to do a roasted chicken tutorial via stories, so stay tuned on Instagram! Also, be sure to buy extra chicken, so you have plenty for leftovers (think: chicken salad or Cobb salad).
Thursday: Instant Pot Tacos by Confessions of a Clean Foodie served with all the usual taco fixings- guacamole, salsa, jalapeños, and Siete Foods tortillas and tortilla chips!
“Take-out” Friday: Chicken Stir-fry. I will be swapping out a soy sauce in favor of coconut aminos, and will serve with some brown rice and/or cauliflower rice. I will be sure to do a tutorial over on Instagram stories about how I whip this up!
